- There is only one question. What would gratitude/love choose now? It will determine the way you feel. think and act. You are either on or off at the most basic level of reality. At every level binary choices are made. There is either order or there is chaos.
- Build Your Super Foundation. Meditation and mindfulness must be practiced often. This is exercise for the mind. Through these practices you create order out of chaos.
- Intentions enable you to become a better version of yourself. By creating clear focus you raise the amplitude of your emotions to a pleasing level.
- Coherence means you are in tune with your own personal reality of energy, frequency, and vibration. Build coherence in meditation practices that target chakra balance
- Practice gratitude. Gratitude is love in action. Love is the noun. Gratitude is the verb. Gratitude draws in energy that is pleasant to your mind, your body and the quantum field that surrounds you. At every level from stubbing your toe to losing that which you cherish the most practice gratitude.
- Create more anandamide in your body. Anandamide literally means “bliss molecule”. Anandamide can be created by consuming the hemp cannabinoid CBD or through aerobic exercise. Anandamide works as a natural opiate. Anandamide creates natural ecstasy. Anandamide cools an overcharged nervous system.
- Replace the learned and harmful emotional memories from your past. Raw negative emotions are not stored in a primitive brain residing inside your limbic system. Your emotions are created from memories that fire via infinite patterns in your neural network. These patterns can be rewired.

- Be curious – Embrace the wisdom of another culture. Expand your knowledge and wisdom. Free your ancestral DNA from damages done in the past. Have gratitude for the cultures that came before us.
- Laugh every day. Find an old TV show that always makes you laugh. Watch an episode or 2 every day. Make it part of your routine for at least 5 days out of your week. Foe me I can always trust “Frasier” or “The Big Bang Theory”. The real joy is I find myself laughing at myself.
- Enjoy the natural world. Turn off your media. Take a walk outside. Be aware of what your 5 senses are saying. Contemplate the beauty in all things. Visit a National Park.
- The Biological Foundation – Practice fundamental nutrition and movement. Enhancing your biology can determine how you feel. How you feel determines your mood. Get the basics right. Eat to support a proper inflammation response. Inflammation can be great or awful. Make sure you have a thriving microbiome of friendly bacteria. Perform enough movement and flexibility to enable you to glide through life with energy and breath. Sugar kills more people than tobacco, accidents, or drug overdoses.
