What is reality?
In our domestic world reality is what we can define by our 5 senses.
What we see, hear, taste, touch and smell define our universe.
Space is way out there. Time is a clock.
If it is invisible, it must not be real unless the invisible is defined by faith in religion
But you know gravity is real and it is invisible. You know electricity and magnetic forces are real, but you cannot see their physical properties or define what they look like.
You know there is an invisible power inside the tiny atom that contains the most destructive force ever known.
Your science class in the 20th century taught you the proton was the tiniest part of matter.
What follows is a brain twisting ride into current scientific truth.

What you will learn is there is a river of energy we can tap into when our body is still and our mind becomes calm. We become coherent with the most fundamental forms of energ
As this occurs the energy of thought and intention begins a process where energy becomes matter. We can create a quantum event and give form to our intentions. The universe is all around us and vast inside us. Indeed, the force is real. If you intend to feel happiness the field of quantum reality will bend in that direction. It is the coolest thing you can do as a human.
With just a little practice you can make your intention become real by becoming coherent with the quantum energy field that engulfs you. This field is an integral part of your being human. You feed it. It feeds you. According to Nassim Haramein, It is part of a universal feedback loop that defines all nature and all reality
Consciousness is a field both inside of you and outside of you that you are constantly interacting with.
You feed I the quantum field agape love and gratitude and you are granted feelings of blissful energy, sustained serenity, and unjudging patience. Life can become calm, focused, and rewarding. You get to experience what it feels like to be a human living life at its grandest.

Planck Time and Distance
The first scientific construct you need to understand is Planck. The Planck scale measures the smallest units in time and size. Do not worry if you can not grasp how small this goes. We are going down to the fundamental structure of everything. This is our Point Zero. This is our center and simply acknowledging Point Zero with agape love and gratitude can fundamentally make you feel bliss as a precursor to all thoughts and feelings
At the most fundamental level all thoughts are sponsored by love or by fear. It is a binary choice.
Neil deGrasse Tyson informs us, “every breath we take contains more molecules than all the stars in the known universe”.
Atoms make up the molecule. Protons live at the center of the atom. Electrons exist in a cloud of possibilities around the atom. They can actually pop in and out of existence within this field. The field extends way out and is mostly empty space.
Matter is mostly empty space.
One way to visualize an atom is the solid part in the middle where the proton lives is the size of a grain of sand. The whole atom is as big as the largest sports stadium.
We are mostly empty space!
Here comes the rabbit hole.
A hydrogen atom is about 10 trillion trillion Planck lengths across
if an atom was the size of the earth, a planck length would be smaller than the size of an atom – it would be about the size of a proton.
The smallest possible size in the universe, the Planck unit 1.6 x 10-35 meters
The farthest part of the observable universe going back to the big bang is 8.8×1026 meters or going back 93 billion light years,
The Frequency of Wellness: How Essential Oils Connect Mind, Body, and Energy

By Mike Barker
In recent years, essential oils have gained popularity as tools for enhancing well-being, mood, and mental clarity. While traditional aromatherapy emphasizes the biochemical interactions between these oils and our senses, a deeper perspective suggests that essential oils might operate on an energetic level. Could these natural compounds connect the mind, body, and universe through energy and frequency?
This exploration merges modern physics with intuitive wellness, drawing on the ideas of visionaries like Nikola Tesla and Nassim Haramein. Tesla believed that the universe operates on frequency, while Haramein’s theories propose an interconnected field linking everything at the smallest scales of existence. By understanding essential oils as carriers of specific vibrational patterns, we can see how they might influence our mental and emotional states in ways beyond physical chemistry.
Essential Oils and Vibrational Frequencies
Essential oils are composed of complex molecules that interact with our bodies on multiple levels. Traditionally, inhalation or topical application activates brain receptors linked to emotion and mood. However, Haramein’s Unified Field Theory and Tesla’s focus on vibration invite us to consider how these oils might affect us energetically. Essential oils, derived from plants, carry nature’s energy signatures. Their vibrational patterns may resonate with our personal energy fields, harmonizing our emotional and mental states.
For example, lavender’s calming effects could extend beyond its interaction with brain receptors, influencing our energy fields to promote relaxation and balance. Similarly, peppermint might invigorate not only through its chemical properties but by aligning with the body’s frequencies to clear mental fog and enhance focus.
Haramein and Tesla: A Unified View
Haramein’s Unified Field Theory suggests that everything in the universe is connected through a vast field of energy. This perspective implies that essential oils, as natural elements, might resonate with this field, influencing our mental and emotional states. Tesla’s assertion that “everything is energy, frequency, and vibration” complements this idea, framing essential oils as vibrational tools that align with our energetic states.
Tesla’s work with resonance—where systems synchronize their vibrations—offers a model for understanding how essential oils might “tune” our mental and emotional frequencies. Oils like rosemary or frankincense could act as vibrational amplifiers, enhancing focus or peace by resonating with the body’s natural rhythms.
The Planck Scale and Quantum Connections
The Planck scale, which represents the smallest measurable units of space and time, adds another dimension to this discussion. At this scale, Haramein’s “quantum foam” theory posits that space itself is a dynamic sea of energy. Essential oils, with their molecular vibrational patterns, might interact with this fundamental energy field, aligning with the body’s own quantum vibrations. This connection could explain why essential oils influence mental clarity, calm, or focus on both a physical and energetic level.
Spin and Resonance
In physics, spin refers to the intrinsic angular momentum of particles. Haramein theorizes that spin is fundamental to energy circulation within the unified field. This concept aligns with the idea that essential oils, through molecular spin and vibration, interact with our own energy fields. The resonance between an oil’s molecular spin and the body’s natural frequencies could amplify calming, focusing, or invigorating effects.
For example, oils with calming properties might promote mental harmony by aligning with the body’s spins and magnetic fields, subtly influencing neural activity and mood regulation.
Intuition: A Guide to Frequency Alignment
Selecting essential oils is often guided by intuition, reflecting the unique vibrational relationship between individuals and oils. Each person’s energy field interacts with an oil’s frequency differently, which explains why lavender might calm one person while invigorating another. Intuition acts as a subtle sensing mechanism, helping individuals identify oils that resonate with their current energetic needs.
Over time, as personal energy states shift, so do the oils that resonate best. This dynamic relationship underscores the deeply personal nature of aromatherapy, where intuition plays a vital role in finding harmony with nature’s frequencies.
Conclusion
Essential oils offer more than chemical benefits; they are carriers of nature’s vibrational energy. Grounded in the theories of Tesla and Haramein, this perspective reveals a holistic dimension to aromatherapy, where oils influence mental and emotional well-being by interacting with the universe’s unified energy field. The Planck scale, molecular spin, and resonance all point to subtle, yet profound, connections between essential oils and our energy fields.
By embracing both science and intuition, we discover a personalized approach to wellness. Essential oils become tools for aligning mind, body, and spirit with the frequencies of nature and the cosmos, inviting us into a harmonious relationship with the energy that connects us all.
